The astroturf organization, Conservatives for Patients’ Rights (CPR), started a backlash across the Pond yesterday. As reported by the Daily Times the Brits didn’t take too kindly to have their citizens being used as propaganda fodder. It prompted an uprising from British citizens on Twitter and sent the British pols scrambling.

Even though the Iranian government tried to suppress the people of Iran by cutting both Internet and mobile communications, they couldn’t block Twitter. See Mousavi’s Twitter page.
